JOB TITLE
IT Technology Senior Consultant - HEC Tech OP Unit (7-11 Yrs.)
ROLE
As part of ECS HANA Enterprise cloud(HEC) Technical Operation Unit ( TECH-OP) which is IT-infrastructure provider to and is responsible for running SAP s HEC External customer landscape as World class service provider for SAP products.In HEC we are building, managing and running 1000+ customer landscapes in SAP HEC DC and Hyperscaler like Azure, GCP, AWS. As Technical consultant he/she has to support the HEC customer for SAP innovative products and perform following activities like Installation of the product as per HEC standard, Migration to HEC DC, HEC @ Azure, ***@***, ***@***, Data Center and platform move.
As Technical Expert he/she has to support the HEC customer for SAP innovative products and perfrom following key activities
- Installation of the product as per HEC standard.
- Migration to HEC DC, HEC @ Azure, ***@***, ***@***
- Data Center and platform move.
As Technical Expert you will be responsible for:
- Service delivery based on the defined KPIs
- Building of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support on all platforms and for latest hardware technologies.
- Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA requirements.
- Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the local and global Team.
- Standardizing the complex activities and convert into standard
EXPERIENCE
- BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech with working experience as Technical SAP Net Weaver Consultant (ABAP and Java basis administration).
- 7+ years of working experience in Technical SAP Net Weaver and SAP product as administrator
- Experience in installation of the New Innovation SAP products on HANA,ASE database,DB2 and Linux and windows operating system.
- Working knowledge on the non-ABAP SAP products.Like XSA,IDM BOBJ, open text etc.
- Up to 5 years of experience in Installation,Upgrade and Migration activities on ABAP and NON-ABAP SAP products.
- 2+ years of exprience in project/ Service management related to Migartion,Data center Move, Move to Hyperscaler.
- Working experience on the Hyperscaler like Azure, AWS,GCP will be added advantage.
- Certification or knowleduge on the projcet managemt methodology PMP or Prince etc.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Landsacpe build unit of ECS HANA Enterprise cloud(HEC). The Landscape build org is responsible for building 500+ SAP systems for HEC customers and work with SAP Pre-sales org for HEC customer landscape desiging.
