ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you would be responsible for providing Improvement & Development services in a Java environment during regular hours. Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
Additional responsibilities shall include contributing in designing and detailing of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time. Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required. Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications- Demonstrable experience in Core Java (1.8 or higher) and spring Boot.
- Good Understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams.
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS services, experience with Ansible
- Solid understanding of OO Analysis & Design, Cloud Foundry, Spring, Java and Microservices is expected.
- A dedicated developer who understands issues and presents clear rationale; thinks in terms of scalability & fault tolerance architecture and can deliver small and medium sized features while mentoring team members.
- Being a part of the development team, you will contribute on Front End User Interface & potentially Back End layer in SaaS product.
- Resource should understand various parameter like code coverage, security checks, automation etc. and nurture the quality of code that helps feature deployment with ease.
- Resources are required to participate actively in Scrum team following Agile/TDD/BDD approach. You need to have experience in understanding user story from Product Manager & UX Engineer and develop features that meet all acceptance criteria of Product Owner.
- Responsible for programming a component, feature and or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business.
- Ability to take ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.
- Can analyses impact of technology choices. Helps drive pair programming practices and code reviews across the team.
- One who is Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge
- Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client
