Inviting applications for position of Manager, UNICA / SASAre you the one we are looking forThis exciting role supports the Campaign Operations team and activities related to campaign set-up for a regional bank in the United States. The candidate should have an experience of 8-10 years in Marketing Campaign management domain and ready to take Team lead responsibilities. He / She should have flare to learn Campaign Management tools like UNICA, SAS, TERADATA, Oracle, SQL/ MS Office products.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Campaign developers and appreciate the nuances of working on a hybrid shore culture
- Build an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Understand and seek customer business challenges and proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer s issues and challenges
- Quality audit critical results of the team
- Having good understanding of Data and Data Insights
- Excellent knowledge of the Campaign Management ecosystem, UNICA Campaign/ Adobe Campaign & SQL
- Establish process difficulty and should be a transformation evangelist
- Time leadership skills
- Any Graduate
- Robust analytics experience
- Ability to interaction with multiple partners
- Good hands on experience in UNICA campaign/ Adobe Campaign & SQL queries
- Technical Know-how of Teradata, Base SAS, SAS/SQL and SAS macros
- Has worked for Tier 1/ Tier 2 banks in the United States
- Knowledge of other Adobe Marketing stack
- Working knowledge of UNIX basic commands, Tableau or Power BI
- Have worked in a Banking and Finance domain
- Six sigma certified
