Job Description

Designation: Agency Recruitment Development Manager (ARDM)

Compensation/CTC Package: 2.2 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales performance + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year.

Location: Karimnagar, Siddipet, Jagtial, Kamareddy, Kothagudem, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Ramagundam, Sircilla

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ARDM will be responsible for finding people interested in becoming Insurance Agents and getting them qualified to sell insurance policies.
  • To grow advisor base gradually over a period of time
  • ARDM will also be expected to help them in selling policies by joint field working and operations support. For this purpose, ARDM will be trained intensely by the company.
  • To make visits to generate leads for sales on daily basis
  • To follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully
  • To work as a coach for the team of advisors
  • To regularly hold the meetings with Branch Manager for training advisors on various fronts

Pre-requisites:

  • A Graduate degree within the age group of 24 to 40 years, who has been a local resident for some time
  • At least 1 years experience of field sales jobs in Life Insurance or banking filed sales.
  • Team handling experience of more than 6 months would be desirable.
  • 2-Wheeler a must.
  • Android based smart-phone with an active connection.
