Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Back Office Admin ( Sales Coordinator)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Take the ownership of handling the entire cycle of Lead Management & Vendor Management
- Ensure the deadlines are KPIs are meet within the timeframe.
- Prepare & Follow-up Quotations, PO and Invoices
- Arrange Team Meetings and update daily activities
- Draft Marketing emails to pitch new leads
EXPECTED SKILLS:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP up , Pivot Table , Formulas) & Word
- Customer service-oriented communication tones
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in digitalization filing structure is preferred.
- Handle multi-tasks with good Time Management
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Knowledge of Email Ethics
- Languages Known: English & Tamil. Hindi would be added advantage
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of Experience with 1 year relevant to sales activity experience is preferred.
- Female candidates those within 7km around our location is preferred
