We are inviting applications for the role of AM, CRM Specialist

The CRM Specialist (Commercial Data Steward) position will support the Customers Commercial Excellence Platforms team to drive Data Governance around the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform as well as maintain key KPIs on Platform usage and adoption

Responsibilities

The essential responsibilities and skillsets of a CRM Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and approve Commercial account creation requests in the CRM Platform that fit the guidelines established
  • Assist CRM users with functionality queries
  • Liaise with the technical team to find resolutions to issues raised by users and to test improvements
  • Collaborate closely with other Data Steward teams to review and approve Legal Entity and Commercial Entities creation
  • Maintain basic KPI (Analytics) on the user support activities performed
  • Support Data clean-up efforts run by Global Data governance team
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Experience in working with CRM (SalesForce), Skuid, Tableau, Informatica MDM or other Digital Platforms is helpful, though not required
  • Computer skills essential, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Preferred qualifications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication
