Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Procurement
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the Purchase Requisitions. You will be the first point of contact for all the requesters to place the orders as per their requirement.
You will be responsible to research and resolve inquiries relating to Procurement Operations, and Product Ordering.
Follow up on customer interactions in a timely manner. Connect with stakeholders to address issues and concerns. Finally, take action on feedback provided
Responsibilities- Monitor daily inflow volume of Purchase requisitions
- Validate Purchase Requisition as per Compliance requirements
- Convert Requisition to Purchase Order
- PO acknowledgement and delivery confirmation with Supplier
- Update confirmations in system once received from Supplier
- Process Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order amendments
- Supplier follow up and expedite delivery for Rush/Urgent orders
- Supplier coordination for quotations and price confirmations
- Resolve invoice mismatch issues coordinate with AP, Business & Suppliers
- Respond to User and Supplier queries through ticketing tool
- Coordinate with the Supplier Setup Team for crafting a New/Updating an existing Supplier
- Publish daily efficiency report to Business
- Update SOPs and exception tracker when needed
Minimum qualifications
- any bachelors degree
- great verbal and written communication skills
- Good in verbal and written communication. Email communication is required.
- Ability to execute task basic rules. Attention to detail and should have first time right attitude.
- Good knowledge on MS Office tools and good processing speed mainly excel.
- Ability to fluently express and explain Sourcing and procurement queries to the end users.
- Global Customer Leadership skills and experience on any Procurement ERP including any ticketing tool will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP MM/Ariba would be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to work in night shift.
