Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Source to PayWe are looking for resource who would be responsible for the management of procurement functions across all categories (Indirect & Direct), Understanding the procurement lifecycle in a manufacturing plant. This is an individual contributor role. Understanding of Ariba, SAP, Contracts and Material master for a pharma Client
Responsibilities- Manage the complete Order to Bill Process for customer orders from receipt to invoice generation ensuring accurate deal, price and terms of sale application, timely invoicing.
- PR to PO conversion based on the guidelines provided by the customers purchasing organization.
- Should be experienced in material contract creation, contract validation and maintenance in SAP.
- Raising purchase orders, sending purchase orders to suppliers, checking requisitions and purchase orders.
- Responsible for developing & maintaining high level contract with key suppliers & planners.
- Encourage and motivate the teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with suppliers for material status and timely delivery of material
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor university degree/ Master s degree
- Proficient in English language- both written and oral
- Knowledge of P2P tools- end user functionality ERP/ SAP Ariba would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Direct procurement and understanding the end to end procurement process till the goods are received in warehouse
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with stakeholders & suppliers.
