Come, be a part of our exciting journeyAre you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of MT, RPA Support EngineerWe are looking for a RPA Support, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving teams questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Solve the issue and provide a fix or workaround
- Track and monitor SLAs for governance and control
- Ensure support SLAs are met
- Call out to L3 and/or RPA tool vendor as needed
- Coordinate with client operations and IT to test and deploy fixes
- Certified in UI Path
- Excellent Experience in RPA Support within UI path
- Good communication skills, proficient in Portuguese & English
- Experience in problem solving and design
- Certified in UiPath
- Experience in Insurance domain
