In this role, you will be highly responsible for end to end ownership for all ELA true ups and Non ELA renewals. Also should have good understanding of how Infrastructure of the Tool solution works (Database - SQL Server & Oracle, Servers, etc.). Also should be able to identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services.
Responsibilities- Software licensing and SAM IT networks, applications and infrastructure
- Project Management Execution and delivery of client engagements
- Handle client facing delivery teams, leading and mentoring more junior members
- Foster and developing Good networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the firm Review and apply licensing metrics to IT environments
- Customer Oriented, professional services approach
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and take initiative/built decisions under pressure Understanding of IT Process, IT Infrastructure (applications, databases and operating system) and related technologies i.e. Oracle, Windows, Linux etc.
- Ability to identify engagement issues/risks and the confidence to pursue solutions with ley internal or external partners
- Works well in a team with varied strengths and enjoys a dynamic environment where remote working is required
- Highly proficient at interpreting data, analyzing problems and formulating solutions to present to management level and above.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements and licensing terms
- Interaction with software publisher, internal business team for software license compliance & terms.
- Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University
- Robust SAM experience
- Ensure handle Software Audits independently
- Microsoft Certified Professional Big experience and training relevant years of SAM.
- Post graduate degree or higher experience in IT or project management/service delivery, operational/consulting.
