Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Candidate should be having minimum 5-7+ years of experience in Core HR, Payroll, Core pin Reports and other delivered modules in HR.
Should have worked extensively on India Payroll and India Taxation / Global Payroll
Should have strong knowledge in Payroll, Payroll calculations etc.,
Should have strong Technical and Functional experience (70 technical + 30 Functional)
Should have good experience in Web-services, API, BI publisher, Crystal reports
Should be able to give the demos, presentations when needed and able work independently with customer.
Should have experience in PeopleSoft 9.0, 9.2, Database 12c and People Tools 8.54 or 8.55 or 8.56 experience.
Good communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Three or more years of support services or project or program experience
- Experience working with the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
- Experience working with computer systems and their use
