Job Description
Level 1 : 2 to 4 years Solid administration and analytical skills focused on Office 365 and SharePoint 2013/2016
Provide SharePoint and O365 support to end users.
Work with customers to educate and help them understand the tools
Knowledge and Experience in MS Teams, OneDrive, MS Streams, MS Planner, MS Flow, Power BI, Power Apps, Project Online and other MS Suite tools.
Participate in meetings around Office 365 changes MS releases around each Office 365 product including SharePoint, and the O365 suite to include Stream, Teams, etc.
Assist with documenting existing workflows and requirements for process changes and/or SharePoint sites
Configuring SharePoint templates to create sites to support requirements
Managing permissions to access SharePoint sites and other O365 content
Assist with managing configurations of Teams sites and channels
Other tasks as outlined by the O365 Administrator.
Manage site quotas and content database limits
Familiar with site administration and management
Provides SharePoint support and guidance to end users
Knowledge and experience using PowerShell, and/or other scripting tools
Knowledge of browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, etc.) and how they relate to O365 services.
Manage Security and Distribution Groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills & Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in 24/7 environment.
Level 45 : 4 to 7+ years
Knowledge in installing, configuring, and supporting SharePoint 2013 and 2010 farms environment.
Experience in migrating SharePoint web applications and content databases from 2007, 2010 to 2013.
Experience SharePoint backup, replication and migration.
Experience handling export/import, backup/restore of SharePoint Farm, Site Collections and Sites.
Experience in disaster and backup and recovery of SharePoint.
Experience supporting Office 365 (SharePoint online, OneDrive, Yammer, MS teams, Power Apps and other O365 collaboration products).
Excellent problem solving, design and debugging skills.
In-depth understanding of SharePoint team site, site column, content type, search scope, and user group setup, configuration, and governance.
Strong understanding of Active Directory users, distribution lists, and security groups as they relate to SharePoint security and business communications
Experience creating, modifying, and supporting web-based platforms and solutions hosted internally and in the cloud
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience working on service applications like Search, User profile, Managed metadata and other applications.
Good understanding and hands-on experience on PowerShell scripts.
Windows Server administration experience including Windows 2008/2012.
Knowledge on N/W Load balancer & Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2008/2012.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills. ,
Sharepoint online: Experience supporting SharePoint 2013 & Office 365 (Sharepoint online, OneDrive, Yammer, MS teams).
Ability to work in 24/7 environment.
