Job Description
'Roles/Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing development activity in an implementation environment. Proactively communicate with different stakeholders; end users and functional managers to understand development requirements and activities. Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements
Conduct different type of testing (unit; integration; regression and UAT) and support defect management process. Review existing code and configuration to provide feedback on the implications on the existing process. Ability to create presentation/workshop decks that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
5+ years experience with SAP MDM/MDG especially in Supplier Master. 5+ years experience with Enterprise Data Governance. Executed data model enhancements; functional validation and assisted in BRF+ & UI enhancements. Particularly; advanced BRF+ functionality using ABAP Procedures and functions. Hands on experience with enhancing Search and Activations functionality; CBA (Context Based Adaptation); WEB DYNPRO; Floorplan Manager. Master Data Domain experience in Supplier Master is a MUST. Experience in a global environment involving onsite and offsite model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group; executives; managers and subject matter experts. Must be a self-starter with ability to communicate effectively with team members and have experience in leading teams. Ability to work to deadlines and in a coordinated environment with functional team.
Ability to resolve conflicting requirements and achieve compromise. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills (mainly Word; Excel; Power point; Visio)
Should have good written and oral communication skills. Must be a good team player. Familiarity on the basic business processes with couple or more of the following Functional Areas: SAP MM; SAP PM; SAP Projects; SAP Finance
NICE TO HAVE
LSMW knowledge and experience a significant advantage. Experience with supply chain processes. SAP Certification related to MDG. Used Solution Manager and HPQC/ALM in the implementation. Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge. Education: Minimum Graduation; BE or equivalent is an added advantage.'
