Designation: Team Head (Customer Service)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience : Min 5year
CTC: Upto 5 lacs (depend upon work experience)
Preference : Female / Male

Job Location: Andheri
Joining: Immediately
Understand team goals and work on the monthly plans accordingly
Assess capabilities / expertise / experience of team members and accordingly plan work allocation with the ultimate motive of increasing productivity
Follow up with the team for keeping a track of completed / pending work and based on criticality of the job decide on overtime / seek permission for completing the work on the following day
To study, monitor and analyze the following reports (Variance Analysis) on a monthly basis:
-Actual v/s Budgeted Cost
-Over time (no, of people and expenditure)
-No. of Delays / On time / Before work
-No. of errors and areas of errors
Guide team for creating / updating master card for all models/designs/ products/samples accurately and resolve any queries raised for the same
Ensure order creation/ feeding in the system happens for all the orders after seeking confirmation from Marketing
Ensure that the quotation / pricing team has entered data as per norms
Ensure all details including client requests are entered in the system accurately
Provide support and co-ordinate with Marketing Team in case of any difference between sample and Master Data
Co-ordinate with diamond team, manufacturing team, Quotation team, Pricing, Trial, Master Order, Export documentation for any data required by the team
Handle and solve queries / issues of the team especially in terms of understanding data
Build and maintain strong working relationship with Sales personnel / affiliates / customers and on a continuous basis understand their needs and concerns
Handle new customer requirements
Coordinate and follow up with the team to collect data and status of order from the team for client queries
Ensure the details/data provided to client is in proper format and as per the norms
Ensure that the team / she responds to any / all queries or concerns raised by the client on priority
Take necessary steps to avoid repetition of errors
