Responsibilities:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies
Keep stock of office supplies and propose to place orders when necessary
Prepare daily absentee / late comer list, for submission to HR Manager- extract from swipe
card / access system.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Perform Clerical Tasks - Faxing, copying, scanning, entering data, tidying the reception
area, filing, gathering and packaging outgoing packages and other basic office duties
Issuing badges, checking identification, unlocking bathrooms and maintaining a guest
registry
Sign for deliveries, offer directions, show people where to wait, notify staff of someones
arrival, hand out forms to fill out, and complete any other action that promotes efficiency.
Maintain Visitor List and provide visitors with Access / Emergency evacuation & Safety
procedures while on site.
Issue and collection of temporary access passes to visitors

Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, office assistant or
relevant role
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with office management procedures
Knowledge of MS Office
