Job Description
- Synthesize business requirements and translate them to appropriate technology solutions.
- Product development for C# and SQL based solutions.
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
- Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Think strategically and balance short-term needs with longer-term business priorities
- Challenge status quo and champion new ideas throughout cross-functional organizations; ability to inspire confidence and trust with peers and cross-functional business teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years as a C# programmer
- Have worked on desktop application development using UWP or WPF
- Well versed in C#, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.NET, WPF, and MVC
- Excellent communication skills
- Team oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with project management methodology, Agile/Scrum and TFS or JIRA
- Proven experience working directly with end customers or internal business units
- Prior experience working with global development teams
- Experience in IoT environments
- Experience in working in Azure
