We are looking for experienced Healthcare Recruiters.

JobResponsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for US clients.
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Responsible for handling different types of Healthcare requirements.

Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.

• Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
• Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
• Should have experience of recruiting US Candidates.
