Job Description

Works closely with human resources to recruit, interview, offering, the selected candidates.
Managing the end to end Recruitment life cycle of the candidates of the given Region/ Countries.
Pre-Screening
Interview Scheduling
Shortlisting Candidates
Document collections
Confirmation
Offer Management
Providing expertise in specific functional areas in the recruitment system.
Case management and load balancing on HR processes, policies and system
Monitoring metrics and improving team performance
Protecting Data Privacy
Promoting zero breach of office security policies
Ensuring data quality & accuracy
Recommending solutions to process failings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
