Job Description

1) Responsible for the day-to-day site operations.
2) Deliver consistent and high quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies & materials.
3) Coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering.
4) Monitor and supervise contractors work on the site.
5) Ensure Material, Manpower, Tools and Materials needed for upcoming tasks.
6) Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies; ensures all tools and materials are maintained and safeguarded.
7) Strong relationships will need to be established with each of the Team member & contractors on site for the project.
8) Review and offer suggestions to the project in charge schedule and implement with little or minimal direction.
9) Adhere to safety policy and practices, and create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere.
10) Available after hours, as is reasonable, for emergencies.
