Required Candidate profile
1 Candidate should have excellent communication and fluent in verbal and written communication
2. Fresher - 2020 candidates with no history of arrears is eligible
3. Experienced candidate from collection domain or other customer support domain shall apply
4. Candidate should be flexible to work for UK shift
5. Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing Environment
6. Good interpersonal skills and team player Provide exceptional customer service
7. Transition experience would be added advantage
8. Candidate from any educational background shall apply
1. It is a Mid-noon shift
2. Saturday and Sunday will be fixed off
3. it will be work from home opportunity until Covid'19 Lock down
