Role- Sr US IT Recruiter/ US IT Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sr. US IT Recruiter/ US IT Recruiter at Flexton, you will be the connecting link between clients looking to recruit candidates to attain organizational objectives and candidates looking to land their dream jobs. You will attract, engage & network with the best and brightest talents across the globe.

2-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Candidates working as recruiters/ leads
Good knowledge of various technologies and skills
Should have working experience on job boards like Dice, monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.
Should be good in sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews for the client
Should be able to coach candidates through the client interview process
Should have clear understanding of all Tax term -W2, corp. to corp. ,1099 and work authorizations
Preferred to have worked on Job Diva
Must be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
For lead level looking for candidates who are willing to work as hands on as well as lead level. They should have strong background in US IT recruitment for at least 6-8 years and have led a team for at least 1.5 to 2 years.
