TNQ is looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills to drive the production team to meet daily project deadlines and handle client communications. Job Description:
- Should be working closely with the managers to ensure the deliverables as per the standards and customer expectations
- Should plan, conduct schedule meetings and drive the production team to meet daily TAT & assured quality
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and handle queries from the production team
- Maintain communication with clients through mails/calls regarding queries, escalation and feedback
- Maintain & update workflow trackers, follow-up, monitor & deliver days schedule
Required Candidate profile
- Any graduate with excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) is highly preferred
- Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Male candidates are preferred.
Salary : CTC 2.2LPA | 13,650 take home plus bonus & Shift allowances
Benefits: Medical Insurance & Transport and food facilities at subsidy rates
