Job Description
Position Title: SHIP Director
Reports To: CEO
Experience: At least 8-10 years in related field
- 6-8 years of experience in management position
- Experience in service industry is a must
Qualification: Should have a Bachelor's degree or Masters in Social work.
Salary Budget: open
Gender Preferred: Female
Age Criteria: 30 40
Preferred shift hours/timings: 12 hours
Week off: 1 day
Preferred written/Spoken languages: English, Hindi & Kannada
Expertise:
- Should have good people management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Should have good fund raising experience
Job Description:
- Ensure that all implemented activities are relevant to the mission and vision of the organization
- Engage the external community as to build and maintain essential relationships
- Support and connect with the population targeted
- Carry out fundraising efforts with only the highest ethical standards
- Identify fundraising strategies that benefit and complement the mission and vision of the organization Recognize and support change within a specific population
- Utilize essential interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
- Overall Management of all 3 homes
- Handle SAC Cases
- Increase Service index
- Self Sufficiency - Medicine, Provisions or any hospital requirement
- Team Management-ROST, MSW(overall service team)
- Networking with Hospital and other NGO
- Networking with Donors Key Responsibility Area:
- Self Sufficiency
- Networking with NGOS and Hospitals
- Serve as a representative in the organization while attending charitable programs and other community services.
- Look for new ways that can be the source of their funds and offer administrative guide to their volunteers, assign their work and schedule.
