Job Description :

Responsible for providing leadership and direction in Technical discussions, workshops, technical architecting, technical design, testing planning, testing coordination, documentation of the requirements, transferring the technical requirements to development teams, executing Analysis tools and reading and understanding the output, performing the role of a liaison officer between the client, business analyst and the development teams.

Primary Responsibilities :

Demonstrate expertise in Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM Liaison with the customer counterparts and gather the required information Gathering the current state technical architecture based on the inputs from the Business Analyst and Analysis tool output Document the current state technical architecture of the Application Identify all the integrations and interfaces for the identified functionality Draw the Integration map diagram Baseline the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) for the identified based on the industry best practices and with coordination with the business analysts and customer counterparts Transfer the technical requirements to the development teams Help development teams identify and document the current state architecture and the Integration map diagrams. Coordinate documentation of the business test cases Building the migration plans Building the cost benefit analysis document Building Target Architecture diagrams, in coordination with Cloud Architects.

Secondary Responsibilities :

Coordinate and help the testing teams to build detailed test cases Coordinate and help testing teams to prepare the test plans and the timelines.

Additional Qualifications/Certifications (Good to have) :

Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) Experience in Mainframe Migration project.
