Greetings from Vuesol Technologies Inc! We are looking for the potential USIT Recruiters who can join us immediately.

Job Title - Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter
Experience: 0 - 4 Years
Job Location Hi-tech City, Hyderabad
Job Type - Full Time
Shift Night (EST Working Hours)

Job Description:

Should be good at headhunting and sourcing IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job portals.
Should be able to do end to end recruitment.

Key Requirements:

Experience into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
Strong knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc for complex requirements.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Arranging interviews and follow up.
Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Handling a team of senior and mid-level recruiters.

Note : Availability for face to face interview is must

Required Skills:

Must have a GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
Must have a good attitude
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
Able to manage and lead a team and train the new intake.
