Job Description
Title: Manager Training
Location: Chennai
Experience levels: 9 to 11 years 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating a learning environment across the organization.
- Develop and implement a training & development process for all employees including new recruits.
- Identify training needs for all employees and sketch out the training calendar/schedule
- Design training module, develop training material, ensure delivery of training programs and complete logistics management for the programs.
- Liaise with Operations and improvise training delivery mechanism and effectiveness
- To periodically conduct reviews and track performance of trainers
- Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting random dip-checks
- Conduct Train the Trainer Programs.
- Plan and execute training scheduled during new project ramp-ups, refresher trainings etc by working closely with operations & quality
- Experience Required: Graduate/Postgraduate with 9 to11 years experience
- 7 to 8 years of relevant Experience in Training Management from healthcare Payer background (Claims adjudication etc)
Desired candidate should posses::
- Excellent communication & presentation skills Should have working knowledge on PPTs, Excel etc
- Strong experience in TNI and TNA
- Planning and Execution skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and design content.
- Good Interpersonal skills and analytical skills
- Self driven and Assertive
- Collaborative
- Goal oriented
- Customer focus
