Job Description

About the Role To handle the operational and planning aspects of management of facilities/admin, ensure process oriented execution of role related responsibilities and proactively address issues/ concerns through a system of continuous engagement with the users of the support from Gen Admin. Forecast and analytics oriented activities. Cross-site handling of responsibilities. / To delivery the EGS growth infrastructure and Facilities Responsibilities

  • Ensure checks and balances required to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, experience, loss avoidance and reporting is ensured. Ensure oversight responsibilities through scheduled and surprise checks.
  • Should be an expert in crisis management and its procedures. To be able to conduct regular mock practices and get the team to be well versed and updated with the crisis management procedures. Ensure planning and control measures are instituted for all likely and crisis situations.
  • Ensure Admin support for implementation of the BCP through effective training and assignment of responsibilities. / Effective Training and learnings to share with in the team.
  • Ensure all inputs required for forecasting of the requirements expected from the Gen Admin team are regularly available from the concerned teams and that these are used in a structured and process-driven fashion to predict these numbers.
  • Review processes periodically. Create processes for new services being supported.
    Ensure control, reporting, compliance and execution aspects for the complete range of Admin processes.
  • Ensure related regulatory and compliance requirements are completely met.
  • Effective vendor management. Selection of vendors and on boarding / off boarding of Vendors.
  • Capable to ensure SLA's and KPI are met and monitored. Ensure that the staffing yardsticks are maintained and timely renewal of contracts.
  • Towards capability development Identify future requirements and plan for building that capability. Prepare and execute succession plan.
  • Should have fairly good understanding of MEP services, Contracts/AMC renewals, Landlord coordination, emergencies handling.
  • Should be good at transition management of new premises from construction projects to operational
  • Knowledge of building code and all regulatory requirements.
  • Efficiently managing the Transport vendor/driver team and fleet
  • Should have complete knowledge about various models of transportation and as well as well versed with the latest technological advances in transport management.
  • Should have good knowledge in alternate energy transport models and options.
  • Should be thorough in bench marking data in transport fields.
  • Very good knowledge about various vendors in the market and their capabilities and credentials.
  • Vendor/team/internal meetings; conduct of visits; support for event ; training sessions etc.
  • Desk-oriented tasks which do not fall under any of the primary tasks / Up gradation of existing infrastructure items.
  • Be able to lead with example and capable to take over the responsibilities of other functions within the CPG for a limited time frame.
  • Limited supervision of operational components of the role. Exhaustive direction on areas of policy changes, automation solutions and strategic initiatives / The role is very important to think and lot of responsibilities.
