About the Role

Lead the Operation Excellence function for the Wells Fargo EGS Delivery organization.

Responsible for the overall strategy and direction of process engineering / Operational Excellence in line with EGS Delivery strategy.

Provide the thought leadership to maximize the value delivered by the GIC to the enterprise by improving / transforming the business processes. Responsibilities

Accountable for the management of individuals and matrixed teams focused on process engineering initiatives, including building process sets, maps and models

Evaluation of team members work to determine gaps, risks and opportunities in order to prioritize design efforts and achieve maximum efficiency for the company provides clear and concise direction and training of direct reports and matrixed staff
