Roles and Responsibilities
On boarding of new hire candidates Off boarding
Responsible for background check and drug test for all the new hires and initiating checks accurately.
Initiating Drug test and making sure consultants take it in a timely manner to avoid any delay in on boarding process.
Act as a first point of contact for consultants for all the queries related to payroll, benefits, expenses etc.
Act as first point of contact for subcontractors and maintains relationship with existing vendors/clients.
Above all that mentioned in the job description we are looking for someone with good communication skills & a committed team player.
