Role- Talent Acquisition Executive

Location- Gurgaon

Shift Timings- 2:00 PM To 11:00 PM (should be flexible)

5 Days working and Sat-Sun fixed Off (should be flexible)

Job Description:

Responsible for entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, interviewing till On-boarding.

Determine current Internal hiring needs.

Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

Lead employment branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Communicate fluently and confidently.
• Adaptive and receptive attitude.
• Handle problems and work with the team effectively.
