About the Role
Senior Manager in the Capital Markets Risk technology or other Investment Banking Technology team who will be directly responsible for delivering solutions across pricing, risk calculators and regulatory submissions. This role will be responsible to work with the developers, business analysts, infrastructure team, and key technology and business partners to implement solutions for the Enterprise Risk business function. Role and Responsibility
Lead Risk technology teams in India, deliver technology solutions to the business by leveraging existing platforms, and build new platforms as needed.
Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies.
Plan, perform and resolve escalated platform, coding and testing issues of a technically challenging nature.
Responsible for defining opportunities across IT to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost.
Ensures that systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate risk.

Essential Qualification
Bachelor Degree with 15 + years of experience in developing enterprise software solutions, preferably in the Investment Banking space.
Good understanding of products and systems relevant to the role (e.g. Risk and pricing of Fixed income and derivatives) from an application development perspective
Hands on experience with Java tech stack & building risk platforms.
Strong experience in building distributed computing systems.
Experience in Agile development and dev ops tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, automated regression testing.
