Who we expect you are:
- You should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in any stream
- Strong verbal and written communication skills into English language is a must for this position.
- You are ready to work in a fast paced working environment
- Ready for Work from Home/Office as per situational requirement.
- You have a zeal to make your career into Recruitment industry and skill set.
- You are ambitious and self-motivated
- You should have proficiency in MS Office & Excels, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills.
- The ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented will be an ideal fit. Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must for this position.
What you'll do:
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle for the requirement of clients
- Be the POC for client and will be responsible to expand the industry mapping and getting more business
- Have in depth knowledge for one or more out of FMCG, Manufacturing, Chemical, EPC, Pharma related industry and is open to expand more with business sense and market mapping.
- Responsible for Contract and Permanent search handling end-to-end talent acquisition/recruitment process from receipt of requisition from departmental heads to preparing JD, job posting, search, collation, preliminary interview and shortlisting, to coordinating final interviews, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and successful on-boarding.
- Research, study, map, target, connect and encourage and maintain details of clientele portfolio and related competitors.
- SPOC for all levels and Co-ordinate with various Line of Businesses to understand and closure of their specific manpower requirements
- Negotiation & constant involvement for the Compensation Fitment & smooth separation follow up with selected candidates till joining.
