Job Description

1. Daily Observation of Incubator/refrigerator, Room temp & humidity, differential pressure of all micro area.
2. Environments monitoring of sterile and non-sterile area.
3. Media preparation, sterilization and growth promotion test.
4. Sterility Test & MLT testing.
5. Bacterial endotoxin test.
6. Microbial limit test.
7. Antibiotic assay.
8. Culture handling & maintenance.
9. Disposal of used and contaminated culture media.
10. Loading Pattern of vertical and horizontal Autoclave.
11. Preparation of trend data of water analysis and environment monitoring with summary report.
12. Indent of materials of microbiology department.
13. Review of house keeping records.
14. Disinfectant preparation & record review.
15. Any other duties as per organizational requirements.
