  • Answer customer queries over phone & email
  • Troubleshoot & help customers fix basic issues
  • Maintain updated knowledge base (KB)
  • Maintain low AHT

  1. Excellent Spoken & Written English
  2. Excellent Communication Skills
  3. Neutral Accent
  4. Night Shift: 9pm - 6am
  5. Minimum 12th Passed
  6. Exp: 1 year in US/UK VOICE Process
