Job Description
We have urgent requirement of Associate Technical Lead/Technical Lead (C#/.Net)-
Experience4 - 10 years
SalaryINR 1500000 - 3000000
MUST HAVES:
1)C#/.Net
2) desktop/windows application developer in C# with a .Net background
3) Look only product based companies
4) Education - BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSC (4 years Engineering)
must doing software development, who are working on product development.
No B.SC Graduates, Diploma, distance education, correspondance
Web developer will not be considered
No Embedded Engineer
No Telecom,Networking
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
Work from home until covid subsides
Associate/Technical Lead = 4-8 years, Salary 15-25 LPA
Specialist = 8+ years, Salary 25-30 LPA (Salary for the right candidate is not a problem, as long as it is not ver high)
Addition to the salary , will be eligible for Bonus(Depending on company and individual performance) and LTI Long term Incentive (Depending on individuals performance)
Interview process:
upto 8 years
1) Hacker rank online test (2 programming of 90 min time)
2) Virtual walkin drive - every saturday - 2 rounds of interview (programming & problem solving )
3) Design round (weekdays)
4) HR and fitment round
8+ Years and above
1) Zoom call - first round screening
2) Virtual walkin drive - evey saturday - 2 rounds of interview (programming & problem solving )
3) Design round (weekdays)
4) HR and fitment round
