Job Description
The candidate must be an MBA postgraduate preferably from ecommerce/retail or banking industry with experience in quality checks for the sellers onboarded.
Job Description-
You would own the responsibility of ensuring that the onboarding process of new members onto Wholesale and BestPrice is fully compliant with the laws and norms for B2B retail in India, and the well laid out processes for onboarding
You would be responsible for ensuring that the processes for onboarding are complied with at BestPrice stores and by the onboarding teams. You would audit these onboardings for compliance, identify root cause for noncompliance and
address these reasons at product level OR at process level OR both.
You would also be responsible for training store teams and onboarding teams on the membership policy, the Dos and Donts and ensuring compliance. On any query related to onboarding process, from a compliance standpoint - you would be the single
point of contact.
Key KPI would be adherence to process, and % of exceptions found in audits.
You will be part of the M4 team (marketing, membership, merchandizing and monetization, under the Membership vertical,
and report into the Manager for Membership, Quality Control and training. This role is highly operational & does not have any
direct reports.
