Job Description

Job Title:- Manager- Accounts

Educational Qualifications: C.A / CPA.

Work Experience: 8-12 years Accounting Background, Preferably having experience up to Finalization of Accounts and handling a team.

Shift:- US shift

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Client Management
Team Management
New Client Transition
People Development
MIS & Logs Updation
Efficiency Improvement

Knowledge and Skills Required:-

Required:

Excellent Accounting
Expertise in Microsoft Office and good speed on
Excellent Communication Skills and Confidence
Smart & dynamic
Prior team handling experience of minimum 5 years.

Desirable:

Accounting knowledge with US accounting experience
Transition experience
Experience in managing high demanding customer.

Key Metrics Measured:-

TAT and quality of allocated clients. Attrition nos. of team members.

Other Prerequisites:-

Required to work in Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours
Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization
