Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Immigration Consultant to guide clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for furnishing clients with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals.

• • Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration
  • Build Good Relationship with potential & existing clients
  • Explaining to the clients about various visa process, helping the clients to understand immigration procedure
  • Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
  • Regular follow up with the clients
  • Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
  • Handle client over the phone,Emails and face to face counseling.
  • Generating the business by converting leads
  • Assisting clients with the completion of paper work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation/Diploma/Fresher 
• Experience in Immigration/BPO/Visa Services 
• Fluency in English must.
• Basic knowledge of computers; MS Office.
• Language:English and Hindi [MUST].
• Highly motivated and great interpersonal skills.
• Must be presentable and attitude to close deals.
• Able to handle work under pressure.
