We are hiring for International Voice Process. We Need (Immediate Joiners )

Someone who has worked in Customer Service & Tech Support / Sales Can apply.

Job Location: Hitech, Hyderabad

Education Qualification & Desired Candidate Profile:

BTech / BE / BCA /BSC-IT BA / BCOM / BSC / BBA / MA / MCOM / MSC / IHM / BHM / BBA / BA / BCOM / BSC. Graduates and Under Graduates .

12th Pass with international BPO - Voice Experience can also apply.

Also Candidates with Hotel Management Degree and Hospitality or Aviation background can be given first preference.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of Technical Support Calling Experience / 12 months of Customer Support Experience Voicet Process(Calling - Process).

Shift Timings: Rotational shift including night shift

Working Days : 5 Days Working

Transportation: 2 ways cab facility is provided

NO FRESHERS PLEASE (Only VOICE - Process Experienced Candidates are applicable).

- Excellent communication skills. - Good Analytical and Interpretation skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service. - Knowledge on Computers & ISP/Technical knowledge
