Looking for Freelance Recruitment Consultants for Mid and Senior Level Pan India IT and Non - IT Recruitment.
As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant, you can work from any location, anytime based on your comfort. You will not have any sourcing/recruitment target or fixed working hours and any bond/deadline.
Desired Candidate Profile
A] MBA / PGD Studentswho are
1) Interested to gain knowledge / experience in (HR) Recruitment to increase there chances of getting good Job opportunity post completion of MBA / PGD.Learn and Earn while you Study.
2) Looking for Internship but can work on Freelancing opportunity till they get Full Time Internship / wish to work and learn as Freelance Recruitment Consultant along with regular Internship.
B] Fresherswho are
1) Self-motivated individuals interested to make a career in (HR) Recruitment
2) Looking for Full-Time Job but can work on Freelancing opportunity till they get Full Time Job.
C] Homemakerswho are
1) Interested to make a career in Freelancing / (HR) Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities
We work for hiring requirements of different Industries, Functions and mostly for Mid and Senior Level (95%). We help clients from all Industries, IT and Non-IT, Pan India. All our requirements will be for Full-Time Placements on the payroll of the Company.
Stages Freelance Recruitment Consultant will be part of / will experience:
Understanding Hiring Requirements received from Clients:
- Exposure to different Industry Recruitment (Mostly Senior and Mid Level)
- Sourcing Profiles/Resumes / Attracting Candidates:
- Sourcing Mainly through profiles received from Paid Job Portals / Linkedin (Recruiter Access). You can also try other sourcing options based on you skills, budget.
Shortlisting Candidates:
- Screening Resumes, Discussing with candidates about Role, Sharing JD and getting consent from candidates, collecting all mandatory details required to process the candidature, tracking candidate status/progress in all selection stage till joining.
On-boarding / Joining Coordination: Mostly done by Hiring Company HR Team, Freelancer will coordinate based on need.
