Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas

• Understanding consumer journey will be a plus
• Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions
• Must have ability to ideate and refer to relevant design touch-points
• Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes
• Ownership of projects assigned
• Experience working with design and marketing teams
• Experience with creating brand design systems
• Passion to design excellent experiences for humans
• 1 - 2 years of work experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio of motion design, typography, illustration and visual design
• Ability to rapidly conceive, visualise and iterate design solutions in a shared environment
