Job Description
JOB PROFILE -- RELATIONSHIP MANAGERTeam LUXURY
JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationships with existing customers by effectively and promptly responding to their needs so as to achieve service levels as defined
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction, service delivery and constant engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
Managing the product enquiries received via calls/emails and converting them into sales.
Pitch customers on new product range, special sales and promotion offerings.
Seek feedback from customers and continuously engage for improvement in customer service.
Ensure customer engagement and brand loyalty through well timed events and activation of loyalty products.
Set specific customer relationship strategies to retain customers
Interacting with the customers to resolve queries, complaints and requests for information.
Coordination internally with different teams for Resolution
Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format
Significant attention to detail
To proactively identify opportunities to improve the service performance and inform immediate Supervisor.
Appropriately escalate customer issues as and when necessary according to guidelines.
To complete & meet all customers requests as per defined guidelines
Ensure FTR on calls and provide end to end resolution to avoid repeat calls from customers.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Overall Experience: 3-5 years of experience in front end/Back end Store Sales / CRM or in 24*7 contact centre environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with people across multiple levels and functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pitch customers on new product range, special sales and promotion offerings and convert them into sales
A continuous improvement and best practice attitude
Strong process and compliance skills to support process decision making
Committed to a high standard of excellence which includes working professionally and ethically
Demonstrates self-drive and initiative
Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines
