About the role
Work with the Practice Management Leadership team to driving Enterprise BPM Team wide Practice changes. Utilize the Practice Management Lifecycle to process requests in order to establish and advance BPM Framework and associated BPM practices to provide foundational methods and standards that enable sustained health and value. The role performs independent front-line review of policy and procedure adherence of changes to business processes/process models. This individual contributor TM will work closely with EBPM leaders to ensure successful completion of change requests.
Responsibilities Responsible for managing all of the intake and assessment activities of the Practice Change Management Process.
Facilitates impact assessment form, captures impacted stakeholder information, routes change requests accordingly to be fulfilled.
Completes Jira form/board/filter/admin updates for our team and others in BPM C&P.
Supports all delivery team changes intake/assessment.
Ensure stakeholders are catered with required information
Understand the fundamental concepts of change management process to drive the EBPM wide process changes.
Consolidate data from various sources to formulate recommendations and compose briefings suitable for presenting to senior management
Maintain daily/ weekly project and program reporting as needed by the Line of Business / onshore partners
Conduct and attend various meetings with impacted stakeholders
Remove obstacles, develop solutions with team
Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout lifecycle
Report all measures and metrics are captured on agreed frequencies in time to all appropriate stakeholders. Use data visualization techniques to make the reports help leaders take actionable improvements
