POSITION: Accounts Executive

********SATURDAY & SUNDAY FIXED OFF********

JOB LOCATION: XDBS Pvt. Ltd, Unit No 312, 3rd Floor, Tower 2, World Trade Centre, Kharadi, Pune.

Job Description:-

• Monthly closing of accounts and Management reporting
• Statutory payments and returns
• Preparing monthly MIS and Budget
• Liaison with other departments as required
• Worked on internal & statutory audit
• Prepare working of TDS and GST return
• Online filling of TDS, GST return
• Inter Company Reconciliation
• Supervise the books of accounts
• Process implementation for accounts and admin dept
• Agewise outstanding flash on weekly basis
• Handling accounts payable and receivables
• Ledger scrutiny Accounts Payable & receivable
• To complete the audit requirement
• Good knowledge of PF, PT and ESIC return

Reconciliations

GST Working & Return Filing

TDS Working & Return Filing

Online Payments Knowledge - All Statutory

EDUCATION: Graduates / Post Graduates
