Hexaware is currently hiring for an MIS Executive/Sr.Executive - Navi Mumbai

Job Description:-

Maintaining daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.

Maintaining TAT Adheres To Process.

Client & Customer Communication Via Mail

Handling Outlook & Preparing MIS Report as Per Process Requirement.

Ensure Prompt resolution of customer grievance and complaints.

Provide weekly monthly analysis as required.

Highlight TAT burst cases for prompt resolution.

Skills Required:-

Should be excellent in Excel and MIS

Should be aware about operational metrics

Should have experience into handling international process as an MIS Executive

Should have minimum 3 years experience into MIS
