Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily interaction with donors & promoting the culture of giving in India
- Maintaining & expanding the database of individuals for the NGO's
- Regular follow up with donors & converting them for long term giving
- Responsible for training and motivating new fundraisers
- Providing relevant information to donors in an honest & effective manner
- Responsible to achieve monthly targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in Individual fundraising is preferred
- Target oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Convincing skills
- Good planner & team player
- Learning attitude with positive thinking
