We have urgent opening for the role of Customer Success with a US based Company.

we are looking for person who have good experience in Customer Service(US clients).

Job Location: Delhi

Night Shift

Currently Work from Home(After COVID work from office)

CAB

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound customer calls and taking feedback regarding our services

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be trained in American/US Accent.

Person should have Laptop with internet connectivity.

Only immediate joiners

Excellent communication skills

3-9 years of experience in Customer Service.
