JOB SUMMARY:- Candidates with minimum one year experience in auto Industry, Loans, Banking & Financial services is desirable. . Good communication and carry right attitude for business. Lead Generation from Open Market. Building Professional Network. Form Filling and Document Collection from customers. Ensure timely disbursement of funds. Participate in Marketing, Branding and Sales Promotion activities


Detailed Responsibilities::-

  • Managing Sales of Car Loan
  • Team handling; optimizing team productivity and achieving team results
  • Sourcing business through open market through different channels..
  • Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
  • Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
  • Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals
  • Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan
  • Ensure the achievement of given business target.
  • Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
  • Manage the sales team by appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies

Eligibility / Qualification:-

#) Age between 21 - 40 years.

#)Under Graduation / Graduation & Any Master degree

#) Candidates with minimum 6 months to one year experience in auto Industry, Loans, Banking & Financial services is desirable.

#) Candidate must have his/her own Aadhar card, PAN card

#) Must know the English, Hindi & Local language


Salary & benefits:- upto 2.50 (Executive) / upto 3.50 (Manager) + Huge Incentives(SKY HAS NO LIMT) + All other benefits are available as per Government rules, which includes medical cover through ESI & Employee Provident Funds scheme of Central Government
