Job Description:
You will be responsible for handling the end to end process of recruitment with multiple clients along with a team of people. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:
- Draw search plans for client requisitions to build a candidate pipelines
- Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery
- Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers
- Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities
- Manage a team of consultants to ensure on-time deliverables and customer delight
- Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team
- Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
- Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
- Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Experience:
- Should have 0.3- 3 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms.
- Should have experience in Service Delivery Management , Candidate Management , Market Mapping , etc.Roles and Responsibilities
