CRE features and functions in automotive industry
Contact management system that serves to record necessary contact information of customers in an accessible place.
Sales lead tracking and management system which allows to be aware of clients' buying opportunities and to foresee the sales cycle.
Interacting with customers by providing product and service information, Booking appointments maintaining all records in CRM.
Coordinating with clients for prospecting revenue generation
Maximizes all opportunities for closing a lead.
Develop and manage long term relationship with clients
Excellent ability to motivate, inspire and influence people.
Good communication skills. Computer & excel knowledge must.

Job description
Inbound calling for customer service.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Manage long term relationship with clients
Excellent ability to motivate, inspire and influence people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
Decision making skills.
Language required: English & Hindi mandatory
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word). Computer & excel knowledge must.
